Read abit of Xiaxue's blog to see what it was actually like...
Then came across a post on aerosal sprays and girls being molested during festive celebrations like NYEs.
The girls get sprayed in the face,into their shirts,some even up their skirts, and then in their state of confusion,get molested by foreign workers.
Read some comments and felt the situation was really really bad, local ah bengs trying to protect their girls and even strangers/victims from the aerosal-spray attacks, drivers can even see cases of molesting while driving(DRIVING! wth), Then theres this petition of banning aerosal sprays going on.
Didnt know it was that bad...Almost over 60-70% of the girls who went to countdown 2006 got molested (it was that bad)...I feel that the government should do something about this :/
XX's post made a huge impact, but readers should not generalise things and scold so many vulgarities at these foreign workers(in their 458 comments),not all FWs commit the crimes.Its unfair. Came across one comment that was voiced by a Bangla apologising for the actions of his fellow men,very very sincerely too.
